| Today the glass dome arrived. It is a perfect fit. So perfect that, at first, I thought it wouldn't get over the clock but it does. Can you please thank them and say we will certainly be in touch again? Also, could you bear to send an address and number so I can give it to the clockmakers in Dorchester? |

My glass dome arrived today and fits fine. It looks great.
When I bought my skeleton clock, the one dealer here in Boise, Idaho told me that it would be impossible to find a glass dome for it. He said that if I went from Santa Barbara, California and traveled to New York City and visited all the clock repair shops on the way, I might find one. I came home and went on goggle and found you! Thanks for your help.

I just wanted to let you know that the dome arrived undamaged. You really know how to pack them! I agree that it is a beautiful dome and the chips are very acceptable - much better than I thought they would be. It turns out that this dome is a very close fit too. My depth measurement must have been off a little. Front to back, the dome actually makes contact with the marble base when I slide it on or off! The width and height are also close too. It looks like the dome was made for the clock.
Thanks for everything - a very good experience after all the problems with the clock and dome shipment from England. I may send the seller of the clock from England a copy of your e-mail detailing the cost of a new dome. I guess there may be a possibility that he may contact you - just a heads up. |

| Hi Folks! Just got home from a brief trip and saw that my order of domes had arrived. Was super fast shipping, and I must say, the domes are even nicer than pictured. It's a darn shame I have to paint/antique them to get the look I want but just wanted you to know that I am very pleased with them. You will be hearing from me again!! Thanks so much.......... |
