We have bases to match the domes we market. These are antique style and are made of hardwoods and black and mahogany in color. Most bases are about 1" thick, have a groove for the dome to sit in, and have feet which elevate the base about 1/2". Bases are offered with velvet covering the center and groove or velvet in the grove only for an extra charge.
In cases where a dome can`t be found to meet the base you currently have, the clock can be fitted to a new base with a current production dome. It will enhance the clock and keep the dust out of the movement.
